Interest alerts allow you to notify customers when there’s a newsworthy event for a topic they are interested in.
The first step in setting up interest alerts is to send across all the topics a customer is interested in to Blueshift. You can do this by using the the subscribe_interest event.
Then, whenever there is a newsworthy event on a topic, all you need to do is call the Alert API endpoint.
